Moody’s cuts U.S. outlook to negative, citing deficits and political polarization

 

  1. Moody’s Investors Service lowered its ratings outlook on the United States’ government to negative from stable, pointing to rising risks to the nation’s fiscal strength.
  2. Moody’s move to cut its outlook arrives as Congress faces the looming threat of a government shutdown once more. The government is funded through next Friday.

So far a little pull back to kick out many Long traders with (to) tight SLs

Next week Thursday Thanksgiving in US

Before that the NQ could visit the 16K. Half way now at 15.500 zone

SnP could try to reach the 4450/75 +1.0% zone and even its BRN 4500 +1.5% zone

DOW is stalling at 34.250 zone (Oct mid high) and could try to reach 35.000<>35.200 zone MR2
Needs to BO above 34.400/500 to get some Buy MM up to 35K zone

DAX could lift to 15.450/500 MR1 zone with some US support.
