Ok I understood.
Even if my userid is "forex", my background is real markets, so I always traded futures, stocks, options etc and there I made 99.99% of profits in my life.

We are now a group of 4 traders, in our life we did 10M+ net profit on real markets, we are able to make money with money, and some time also with zero risk and arbitrage. I attach an example of what we have now and we are executing to InteractiveBrokers. 29% per year strategy, zero risk, 100% winning trades.

To live with a 20/22% yield net strategy, depending on your lifestyle, you need not less of a 500K or 1M account, otherwise to make more money you will always look at higher returns, than means a high risk. (you have to consider inflation and savings a portion of profit to growth)
We trade options right now. I tried to find some professional prop, real one, but nobody helps on real market strategies or where you make profits but you need real and big accounts... are all interested only on scalping, day trading, small loss, small accounts and something will keep you under stress and hours of job in front of your screen.

BTW if some of you have some contact with some big hedge fund, investor, advisor, some big name, that can collaborate with me and my group of traders, please let me know, we are seeking if possible around 50M USD AUM to manage and we have 2 strategies, this one attached (0% drawdown) and another where we are performing a stable 19% per year, with max 10% drawdown (here we can manage much higher AUM).
We trade U.S. futures options.

Also we are looking for a FCM that can offer us 50% discount on InteractiveBrokers margin to double our performance from 23 to 46%.
If you have access to some big name in the top 10 FCMs or better, US banks, please contact me in private, we can reward you if a deal is done.

coming back to prop world, 1 of us each 362 get a payout, this mean, that here in this forum we have the top champions on prop world,
you can fight how much you want on formulas, maths etc etc but we are all in the same boat.

Rules here are well calculated to be 100% in favour of the prop firm.
I would like to say that this prop business, genius, is some sort of unregulated betting business, unregulated.

In my country you cannot for example sell 10 tickets on the street to win a chocolate egg, even if you won't make profit on it.
Imagine if on 10 tickts, you make 9 tickets profits.

Prop business is like that, online, unregulated. It will be all regulated, or websites will get a ban from US, EU and worldwide regulators.

let's see what will come after MFF case, they will need to set rules, otherwise there would be a boom in the next 5 years of hundreds of prop firms
that are simulating a betting business, let's say a "lottery ticket" is the one I like the most as license for them. 1 ticket every 362 win a payout and they
know also which is the average of this payout.

this is very good, APEX ask at 2:59 CST

if you are a swing trader you have to close your trade by that time and re-open it as the market open. They due this to avoid "gaps", there is a very high leverage involved here, and not doing so... again we fail into the gambling world.

I made an example for my 300K account lost. I didn't knew I had a free reset to next billing that is 3 weeks far.

If I do a reset with 50$ I have a chance to use 3 weeks (50/3*4=67$ real cost of the reset) to make a decent profit, if I buy a new one at 71% of now will me 190$ that for 3 weeks will be like 190/4*3=145$.

So 50$ reset is good. Next recurring will be at 90% off 135$ while to buy a new eval at 71% not conveniente for us.

So for who is at 90% off, is an opportunity to get a free reset ever recurring because they are paying the lowest fee ever at apex. May be the next time they will do a 90% off will be in 1 year or more... I think their limit is 70% off and sometime 80%.

Black Friday will show what futures prop will do. May be some will do a 1$ eval at some point

For now the record is topstep at 11$ (50K) and apex at 13.7$ (100K static) or 14.7$ (25K trailing)

Yes, I usually 100% agree with TrAndy math. I have even built my own spreadhseets. My math on apex....pay $17, you must 1.2 it to pass, so I'd have like $38 in personal account, now I pay $85, so now I'd have $123 in personal account, instead I have $2,500 trailing DD........if I flip it, I can pull out $2K, personal account I'd have $246 (non -withdrawable, if I wish to continue trading).
So unless the trailing DD changes the numbers 10 fold, I am completely missing the math on this one.

Andy made a mistake by promoting Bespoke two months ago, but his math is indeed quite good. When you really withdraw $2K from Apex several times, you can post on how difficult it is.

Hi all! Do you know if FundedNext uses FPFX or any 3rd party tech? Or do they share trading data with other propfirms? I have account with FundedNext and TheFundedTrader and use different strategies, so my position might be considered as "hedging" between this propfirms. It might happen sometimes, but it's not my main goal.

Have anyone of you know if this is okay, or do you have any experiences with this? I just don't want to get banned as I spend much, and it finally looks like a turnaround for me.

Not claiming it is not difficult, but one can literally do it 1 in 20 times and break even........so if you can pass and get paid greater than 5% of the time, you come out ahead.

Reset price is the same for any account size. So it's worth only if you have bought 250k or 300k since they would cost a bit more than rest even at 90% discount.

Thanks for the reminder. I was not aware of these stats and I think other prop firms were angry against MFF for releasing them...lol
I was planning to buy a $100k FTMO tomorrow so maybe a smaller one would make more sense now

Those stats are also from the time you had a 30 day limit to make 8%. A couple other firms showed their stats with unlimited time (I think MFFX was one of them) which showed 2-3% of traders getting to withdrawal if I am not mistaken.

This week-end i tested Tradovate web version in several browsers and so far:

1. It works fast without any issues on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera
2. Big issues on Safari

I use a MAC OS. Tradovate MAC app also works great and fast with any issues.

Also you can use 2 apps in IOS and Google Play: Tradovate and NinjaTrader will login with the same user and password.

So right now I'm able to use more space with a single click I switch to another browser and workspace

At the moment MAC + Chrome + Edge + Firefox + Opera will allow already me to use fast 4/5 different props or same prop with different set ups, like groups, emini or micro trading, or different markets. This if you have few space with a laptop or just 1 monitor.

I would like to test other browsers since I saw that Safari is impossible to use.

I would like to test other browser, which one is left?

TOPSTEP offer @ 11$

For who will buy the offer at TopStep

difference with APEX: you will find listed in your platform also "practice account" for each account you buy.

So if you buy 10, you will get a list of 20 accounts... of which 10 are practice.

You have to email to support and get them eliminated if you don't like them... (why to have practice and may be 10 accounts of them?)

This is an extra job topstep support is doing for thousands of requests I guess. To find the support and open a ticket is not so easy, so just use the chat, type "operator" or "live agent" and leave your email and as message write to delete the practice accounts. I did 12 hours ago and i got them eliminated without any email sent to me, so in "silent".

Give Vivaldi a try out.
I had to buy a Windows PC just for Metatrader. But I think I will go back to MAC and buy a new one, because the Windowns PC get noisy very fast and I think they are all like that more or less due to Windows. Which MAC do you have?
Even FTMO offers Ctrader now (maybe not for US clients though).

I have a macbook pro 15.6
I used MT5 on Mac a lot and nothing was missing.

You can also decide to divide your MAC HardDisk in 2 and run both MAC OS and Windows

Also, but takes more resources, if you miss windows, you could try parallels.

I don’t know you’re financial situation but would honestly go out a buy a dedicated windows machine. The latests rigs under 1k would be more then plenty. 32-64 gig of ram.

I have a dedicated SSD drive that I boot from that’s optimized for trading and runs flawlessly. If the rig dies then I can plug the SSD into another rig I have and be up and running within minutes.
