I was checking the APEX commissions, for micros for example their rate is 0.52 or 1.04 round turn.
Interactive brokers charge 0.47 per side all in that can be lowered up to 0.32

It is even lower of the lifetime commissions you can get as customer, lifetime, of Tradovate and NinjaTrader

An higher commissions would make 1 tick a loss, while you are still in profit closing a trade with 1 tick.

This is an example of TopStep commissions and earn2trade, much higher, so for who is doing scalping, thousands of lots per month, keep in mind
to check fees, because it can have a huge impact of thousands dollars at the end of month.

In a quick search, in order the cheapest APEX followed by EliteTraderFunding, but some of others big name can start to cost a lot in higher commissions if you trade over 1000-2000 lots per month.

I think if someone is trading us indeces like dow for example got so many opportunities now like never before. Forex props futures props etc. Us30 is like ATM moving all day long.

I don't see reason to trade forex since long time, only sometimes do that. Spread widening all the time with FX. Since months not trade Dax even, I used to during EU session. It is better watch us indeces reaction on Dax movements and trade us indeces even on EU session. It's my personal opinion , but I am very happy with my approach, basically i am able to spot trading opportunities all day long during EU Us session.

A guy that passed a challenge with Fidelcrest was denied the funded account. He went to court and court ordered Fidelcrest to pay 840K USD !

What ? Is that 840k a fine or does this guy gets 840k ? If that makes the round Fidelcrest and other props might be finished with more and more court orders. Oh man.

That was what the court sentenced Fidelcrest to pay him based in what his lawyer requested:

Props know that very little people have the time, resources and money to go against them in court.

(something that is noted is that props tend to refuse payout or ban people that don't live in the same country where they are based)

Interesting indeed. Since its coming from a bankruptcy court, it looks like he is making the argument that he wouldn't be insolvent if Fieldcrest paid what was owed.

Hard lesson for the prop company. Sure for 1 million account 840K is acceptable

Heheh, the guy can say that he already spent counting with all that money.

Jokings apart, now he still need to go and execute the sentence, as far as I understand, but anyway it's nice to see courts ruling this way favoring traders against shady behaviors

Good software but really expensive when compared to challenge fees. Do they have one time fees model.
70$ monthly is good when PA accounts passed withdrawal threshold otherwise replikanto trade copier is the way to go as you can buy 2 VM with more or less same fees and run rithmic on cloud.

Yeah that’s the tough part since it’s offshore and beyond US jurisdiction. However it’s sets a bad precedent for them as they now have a big black mark on their reputation.

The one they give for free in topstep, tradingpit can be used to load accounts of other prop also, or you need to buy the license?

You can use copy trader in free version I think. But did not validate this. But I think this is free. See here it is free in free version:

So anyone paying the $150 fee for copy trader license or Replikanto tool on Ninjatrader would throw money out of the window. It is all free from what I am reading.
