I think you should continue trading (with min amount) until you make at least 7 days. Meanwhile get familiar with the FAQ.

I considered joining APEX on previous 90% sale, and asked here about a month ago. Now is a perfect time to try it again.
Which plan do you guys use Rithmic or Tradovate?
I am thinking about Rithmic because I want to try adding some orderflow footprint confirmation to my trades.

I have proof and CVs from Chicago firms registered as FCM, NFA, CFTC, FINRA and I was even registered with SEC as large trader.

why not, IB (introducing broker) is only bring clients to a broker, has to do nothing with trading.
a lot of people with good marketing or network do big in IB business.

and he dont has bad trading skills. i would not let him manage money because of this strategy what he shows public and in prop dont see long term success what he shows here, but normally noone show all his skills public when he is a good experienced trader. and for his risky strategy a prop is not a so bad choice.

so why not believe him 1000 ib clients? many got this in 1 year with some good rebat marketing in old days.

but large size does not mean a lot too. you can simple trade managed money and make a loss, so big volume and minus on longterm result.
or there is also a big difference too if you work in a bank as trader.

so with this words i would be carefull (speak more about when longterm win was also high), because doing big volume say nothing about how good was results on longterm end (some had as trader many wins and the clients lost all, so results was extrem bad because trader was bad, but trader still feels as good trader because he had a win) and how experienced someone is.... but you know they can handle the stress of big order sizes (at least when own funds, when in managed accounts or funds they often play for boni like its not their fund).

did you only use your money or did you managed other money and did not get payed on end because you did make a bigger loss or they did not pay in general ? and now is on court speaking about that not got payed money from wins before big loss or in general?
i read in one of your posts that you was 0,5% of volume ob Interactive brokers, whats not a bad result (depends how you calculate it, 0,5% only of this product or of all the trading volume they have over all products) - but here depends did you do this in own account or only as a trader for a fund (what would change a lot and is then less impressing for a broker/investor).

so my guess would be : with all you write here and how you trade , looks like you traded not your funds because was to risky and bigger losses often after months of win, you traded other fund and lost bigger clients money after time and got not payed last months wins before bigger losses happened ... is this correct?

"Large traders" wouldn't be stumped all the time trying to figure out what's going on.

How does the Payout process at APEX work ? Do they deduct the amount after 2 days so you can continue to trade and that 1 or 2 weeks later you get the bank wire ?
Or do you can trade without any day interruption continously on all funded Apex accounts ? Or do you need to wait full time of 2 weeks until you can trade again here ?

also we need updates about payouts to europe, we do not have any US bank account, only Wise, that I guess doesn't work anymore with any prop.

I hate this, one of the worst payout features of props. I mistakenly missed my payout date last week with ACG, having to wait on next available date now. Will be my first payout next week so I'll see what 'bonus' they pay

Best is you can continue to trade without any waiting time at Apex. After 2 days waiting for approvement you can also blow the account and still get the requested payout. Second, international bank wire is also possible. No Wise required. It is good.
