What I do not understand on Apex and all Future props why do you need to pay professional data for each funded account and not only once for all ? It is inflating data fees for nothing. You can only look at one data and not on 20 accounts each its realtime data. It makes no sense, only to rip off traders. Because of kickbacks for props ?

Got a response from CTI about the interview requirement to complete the KYC.

Why do they need an interview to know what kind of trader I am? Can't they see my trades? Why can't they just leave a space on the KYC form where you can briefly summarize your strategy? Then I could just type in something like, "I'm a quasi-scalping revenge-trading maniac". See, no need for an interview.

In fact that's a very ambiguous response because it's either option A or options B (I guess you can tick both as well).
Which means that you can pass this WITHOUT an interview, only doing the short video. Their answer is now 100% accurate.

And there is no way to choose to opt-out from social media in that form (which IMO is a data protection questionable practice).

Could you trade in between when you waited for payout at FXIFY ?

No, the account is frozen. They unfroze when they deduct the amount, pay you and send you an email.

This means that in my case, until I discovered that I had to go and cry in Telegram, I could not trade the account.
And also means that the next payout will be delayed because it only starts counting a new cycle from the moment the account is unfrozen and you place the first trade.

Why Telegram ? Why not in Discord or sending an email to support ?
Second, can you go one day after payout request and cry in telegram or do you need to wait some more days or week(s) ? I mean then you have your payout in 24h or?

Live chat in their site is useless. They saying that things will be solved in 24/48 hours and nothing happens. And then again. And then again.
Same by email.
Discord I never tried because I saw their channel in Telegram

With what we learned I think the right steps are:
1. Request the payout in the site
2. Go to Telegram or live and ask for the google form link
3. Submit the form
4. Wait a few hours and cry in their Telegram channel

Absolutely ridiculous that you must go begging for your payout. At one point, I thought FXIFY was going to be decent.

good one … i am also going to buy one from them as well. Last time had better experience trading 100k account. Also they need to fix their pricing i mean 200k direct buy expensive in comparison to 2 x 100k accounts

I mean if that works that I can get my payout within 24h to 36h, then this is very fine and fast. So maybe we should use this shortcut, most other props take longer.

I'd send an awkwardly uncomfortable 30 second video of me staring at the camera... and then at the very end say, "Mmmmm-yeah... it's OK." and end video. LOL

And they were quite good, the fastest payouts around, until they were kicked from Deel. From then on it's complete mess.
