There is another lesson from this last couple of weeks. Gold and the DXY are nowhere near as correlated as people think.

I remember a while ago someone replied to me here in this thread saying to never correlate, and in these times you sure do feel it with DXY and Gold.

Good to watch to get an alright idea but it's not the end all be all, just cause DXY moves one way, doesn't always equal gold moves opposite.

And to be fair if it was that way, it would be a lot easier for all of us , then i wouldn't be in all these losses

Usually it is that way, normal market situation it does go opposite ways gold/fx pairs against dxy but in this current scenario though gold and dxy both are moving on safe haven appeal, or the dxy should be trading > 105 right now

Added another short before the candle close .. broke my rule . That’s old tl coming up. Its last move down was only 12 pips . Fingers crossed
