Reason why I target on currency more than gold.
The spikes can be unpredictable in gold.
Although u can get rich easier but at the same time it's way easier to lose.

Currencies are way easier than Gold, like you say Gold can whipsaw like crazy. I think we will see a drop soon on Gold, probably with the incoming news but could spike up first. I dont trade Gold too much, had a good trade from Friday and closed all positions @1870 still see some potential for more up to 1880 but i think a drop is imminent and was happy with profits. If it does go up i might look for a short to 1850 and below but atm not worth the short from here. Hope your making money Elysion

Lost a bit of money due to ranging market in currency today plus I was busy during the big move. (Lost my Asian session profits during London session)

Now current trades in profit waiting to close before news.
I'll most likely opt out from trading today after this trade as I need to prepare for outstation work tomorrow.

No position is sometimes the best position to have. You dont need to trade everyday or chase price. Just trade your A+ setups and dont chase price, dont matter if the A+ only appear 2 or 3 times a week.. I used to try and grab every move i seen but it only screwed me up in the long run

In the market, you have to be SUPER patient and fight your FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). Focus on keeping what you have first, rather than making more.

hit miss plays continues , no any reliable 3 limits 1865.61 to 16 broken/channel bottom as well yet , may get to the targets above still . anyway waiting for 1868 play to see next reactions up if ! after breaks any will consider a top failure , still should bounce next towards top at have the great short chance if ! take care
