I reviewed the MFF documents again lately and due to how they didnt even mention it was simulated cash people used but straight out lied on their website they have no chance. FTMO did as I understand always mention it was simulated cash. Just those small variables Im suspecting makes a huge difference. MFF had years to be honest to their clients about their operations like the rest of the prop firms but didn't. Thus why regulators just waited I assume and collected the info and probably wanted to see if the prop firm industry kept going down into that ponzi hole as time went on and they did.

Prop firms buried their own hole. Whoever thinks misleading others is fine in any way and justified saying the system is not in favor of the individual anyhow got some moral issues to deal with. How does that make you a better person than any regulator with that mindset or what they did to the industry throughout the years. No one who even thinks MFF was decent morally is not better than any regulator whos interest is to monotize its own markets like futures in US. People point fingers easily. But to point fingers at yourself , woah yea isnt that tricky.

I don't give a shit on a banned trader who cheated Bespoke and now bad mouthing about them.

Bespoke do allow adding trade positions within 5 pips. For example, gbpusd first short trade at 1.2140. one can add short positions up to 1.2145, Any number of positions, any size. Adding short trade at / above 1.2146 short is soft breach. They do not disqualify but you will NOT be paid .

3. FXIFY. No news and account still blocked. They are a complete mess right now and support is basically brainless people like robots, always replying that I will have an answer in 24 to 48 hours.

On Wise they will ask again for full KYC and perhaps more. Just the typical nightmare with Wise currently.

Just checked on Funded Engineer website again...Noticed the maximum overall loss is trailing stop loss...Has it always been that way or they have changed it? Guess I must have missed it last time. Gonna cross this one on my list for good.

this is not a good take.

the argument by the regulator is that a) they committed a fraud by tilting the odds against the traders with commissions and slippage and other normal metatrader 4 things that help bring real market conditions to traders and b) they were no registered.

The argument is that since they acted as counter party or were part taking in a dealing process (b book) they were required to be registered.

When the case is over, B is probably where the settlement is due to the inaccuracies in the statements made in the complaint by the CFTC regarding the fraud. They will likely have a fine and a requirement for registration OR a fine and a requirement to no longer accept US citizens.

The demo or not funds is not the argument

"they said" where ? I have never seen that 5 pips thing written anywhere. That's why I'm asking.

I thought it was static. They're pretty expensive for a trailing one, then.

Ok just checked again...If I got anything wrong, please let me know...forgive my old man's eyes But apparently in their FAQ, they state the drawdown for 1 step challenge is trailing (as with most firms), whereas the drawdown for 2 steps challenge is static. But if you go to their homepage, now all challenges, 1 step or 2 steps drawdown are all trailing. So those things kinda contradict with each other.

Also did the online chat with their staff...If this is really just a typo, it's still really bad 'cause it makes a massive difference from static to trailing. Was a bit interested in getting a challenge from them. Now will wait and look for more payment proof

In the meantime lots of claims in trust pilot against TFF regarding the rule of third part using the account. One of the traders says he doesn't trade for a while and still got it.

They have an IP problem. They cannot distinguish between IP address coming from trader, so they think it must be from third party and therefore account management.
