They are bahving like old dynos, starving silently and slowly but starving. The newcomers can attract more market share because of that. Maybe they are too unsure too what kind of change will look like for them on their net profits (MFF and FTMO). And they do not want to do any frequent changes going back and forth when they made a wrong decision in favor to the traders. That could be also a reason.
