Since as someone mentioned here, if hes got some kinda of brain which I guess he does since he did ok with his prop firm, even if I think he was a poster boy with investors behind him truly telling what to do. Then they will be given alternatives as they realize what they are up against or they will just get burned to the ground if they refuse of course.Right now I personally think the lawyers etc are just trying to suck up as much profit they can from them rolling that wave.

So either they accept alot more stringent operation of business or they will just disappear I see no middle ground. Since not how it works from what ive seen in history and regulators inside US and other countries.

Let me answer.....they don't have rules designed SPECIFICALY to deny or make you fail.

Because they have their own minds and making own thoughts about the market and what (should) work or not (as strategy or trading style). AND (!) they offer $ 1 million without scaling in one go as max. allocation capital per trader. Why they can do that if since FTMO and MFF and all the other reputable ones CANNOT DO THIS ? There might be a reason. Also Bespoke (and Maven) have $1 million as allocation capital without any scaling. THAT IS BIG DIFFERENCE ! So that could explain a lot.

The $1 million is all marketing. With all of the hidden rules to deny payouts and violate accounts......nobody will get to the $1 million.......I promise.

I have investigated it. It confuses the hell out of me. At best, it is possibly a very long term solution to get enough funding to equal what we can do with the firms we currently use.

Maybe they just moved their jurisdiction to the nearby Virgin Island, I don't know. Maybe I had it wrong from the beginning.

As for the strategy - my strategy is based on placing random trades. I trade it during all phases. So you say I'm safe with Maven, right?

So here I am. I am close to $1 million and there also plenty of other traders on Bespoke with even larger payouts regularly. This is not a marketing gimmick. Larger capital attracts more profitable traders. It has a reason why FTMO is not offering more than a 200k account and MFF only had up to 300k, because they cost you ONLY a granny. That is some money which can be earned quite fast in the western world. You can save that money easily within a month. If they would offer 400k or 500k accounts that would propotionally attract much more profitable traders. Ask yourself, why should a probably loosing trader invest in a 400k account which cost around $2000 already when he can also buy an equal value of the fee account of the size of 100k or even 50k to start small and see if (s)he can do or get a payout. With the payout (s)he then could afford a larger account or buy more account to the max. capital allocation. The whole thing is a wellthought business about challenge fees and how much are loosing. If you attract too much profitable traders who all get a payout, guess what, the business model can change a lot, as they need to find more investors money to do their A-booking business, which is a different kind of risk than the traditional and working challenge fee b-booking model like FTMO and MFF has shown, which does work excellent. So here are differences. Bigger accounts and more capital allocation automatically gets more attraction from highly profitable traders!

Yes, British Virign Islands is their base on Maven. I cannot say if you are safe with Maven as they are very similar to Bespoke and I do NOT know your trading style. Sorry.

Do not forget. The whole prop thingy is about to attract the loosing trader. So that the prop can run a large b-book business model on it with no outside capital required, so that the return on invest is even higher for the prop firm.

So if any prop firm is offering larger accounts like 400k or 500k or higher AND higher max. capital allocation per trader without scaling even, that means they welcome more experienced and more profitable traders. Also the business model is changing as more capital is required for the prop firm, as they need to A-book more. So Bespoke and Maven are good example of that. That is why I have for both a good opinion.

Of course you could say you are payouts are more safe on the old(er) b-book business model, where all of the profit is from challenge fees. But I am for those prop firms, who are more on the (net profitable) trader thinking and that they welcome profitable traders more. That is why this is a big difference what Bespoke and Maven are offering.

Going for a charge back is against the SRO. Its entirely possible that you will be re-charged. But it appears they are about to dispute all the chargebacks now as well based on recently filed information.

Most probable outcome is that shortly after the 11 oct hearing, a settlement will be reached. My guess is that they will return to business but others are more skeptical and think the world is burning. My guess is based on me not being a lawyer and not knowing shit but seeing everything in the public record. There also appears to be fabrication of the story on the CFTC's part regarding banking records but until there is an argument about that can't know for sure.

Bigger accounts and more capital allocation also means much higher % of scammed traders. Not all of course as they need some payouts to show off on X and IG.

You are a clever person. We may have different opinions on Bespoke and maybe some other topics lately but I'm sure you can understand quite well how this business operates. You cannot believe that the companies who offer 1M accounts expect experienced traders to come and start milking them by regular 6-figure payouts. NO. They expect many will be amazed and rush to BUY the challenges only to FAIL or, worse, BE FAILED. And those who somehow get the account they may let survive to their first payout (for the X and IG stuff you know) only to execute them later in silence. They won't survive for long

Also the differences are not that much I would say. From 200k to 400k or 300k to 500k accounts, meh, what tiny differences. And that they are offering now $1 million in one go instead of $600k. That all is telling me that they do want to risk too much by evaluation new business model where more profitable traders are getting attracted. So this will be continued in the future. Like the new no time limit feature. The whole prop thing is to stay here for longer as it is a billion dollar business in total already. So they will be more designed for more profitable traders with higher max. capital allocation without scaling and so on. The future looks bright here (for that), I would guess.

To me it means that those firms might start to get cashflow issues and so they need more attractive and more expensive offerings to collect more and more money. Their business may collapse soon. Or they just want to accumulate capital before they shut down and run away.

The last thing I believe is they want to attract experienced and profitable traders and start giving out more money

I am not talking about those prop firms, who are playing all dirty and not doing legit payouts. They will disappear over time nevertheless. It also depends on how much value you can get (meaning my score for example) for that $1 million account you mentioned. If the score is less than 3 or so, nobody profitable trader will buy it as there are much better offer on the market. Those profitable traders are not stupid, they can compare the offers and they will find good offers. Over time the legit prop firms doing regularly payouts without too much complaints will do it and gain market share. It all will be sorted out over themselves. Just my opinion here.
