I am going to enter short golds. And ignore other pair....

Thats was the longest trade i hold. Broke my rule of holding overnight trades

I'm trying to shake of having a bias at all and just trade the chart. I've started listening to fewer financial market podcasts as well so I don't get influenced. Have become a big fan of higher timerframe pennants. Still a long way of from when I was making over £1000 back in July, but I was doing that by overleveraging by entering to many positions. Basically revenge trading my losses.

I've been reminding myself throughout the day that it's a marathon, not a sprint.

Sounds to me a sound plan and you've took responsibility for the lost trades and not blamed anything else, that's good, your on the right track now mate

H1 timeframe: Sinewave completed. Bottom part of sinewave wasn't good in term of curve (may be because market was hunting SL) but eventually hit the target.

Now same situation is happening with H4 timeframe sinewave. If this sinewave needs to complete then price must hit 1885-1890 area.
