there was breakout but now waiting 1911.90 breaks and hold to short continue or fresh make . real breakout need at 1910 !

I am also expecting the price to go down but MACD must maintain below level of -4.555.

the dollar isnt going anywhere except up to test 115 maybe even 120 in the next 5 years...japan cant do shit about it except delay the ascent like they did for 11 months by their last intervention and that was worldwide with england,usa,japan and china and who knows who else so if japan tries by itself it will just be a wet fart they release and soil their shorts LOL

Hit the 1930 region as I envisaged posted 6th sept, just shy of the 1904 area today

Here is my sinewave analysis.

To complete sinewave, price must stay above 1907 and if price respect this level then price will go to 1920-25 to complete sinewave.

If price break the level of 1907 then based on cycle strategy, market next reversal can be expected at 1883-1885 with target of 1903. Reversal does not mean that market turned into bullish side. Reversal is expected to start new sinewave which was broken by price. Sinewave is calculated based on CMA(centered moving averages) so price levels may differ by few pips.

Im excepting the price to come back around the zone 1920.00 there i will wait my setup for the confirmation that the good zone to reverse.
My target will be first the PDL and after if it's can go more down 1904.

But don't forget we have a freaking CPI tomorrow !

I don’t think this scene was supposed to be met with so much cynicism though, Zebi. LOL 50 years and nothing’s changed; I guess that’s some achievement. A lot of folks expected we’d have blown ourselves up already.

I realise how insane I sound and im okay with that, I also still get the reasoning behind dollar strength and your conviction for it.

I guess I'm just trying to play devils advocate, but also remain wary of what world we live in, america could sit in a stagflation period where labour market is tough and inflation remains sticky for years, which would suck, id rather a recession and then recovery after so we can start a new cycle of cheap debt and new highs for stocks lol.

But the likelihood of dollar dominance favours you for sure, but I'm Deffo thinking about hedging into 2024 and onwards, just incase...

Ok here is my gameplan for Asia session, we've not really bounced as hoped so I think a run on liquidity would be ideal before going back up, will take some very cautious longs if price allows.

If we run straight up im not touching gold until after cpi, simple.

If we go below 1908 towards 1904 its the same scenario, not touching.

Why buy gold when the Chinese economy is not doing well and the United States is struggling? There probably aren't any big buyers coming in to purchase gold
