Out of curiosity, were your account in profit the moment they banned your account? Was it a funded or challenge account? And what was the size of the account?

Would be a buzzkill if they banned your account when you were close to hitting your profit target. Tho I am still tempted to get a challenge from them, considering not many gd firms left once you cross out all US and Canada firms.

I think its postponed from MFF side. I am sure CFTC wants it done fast and for max penalty without contest but I can't see how they don't get the opposite.

Hi Tovip,

Not even but let me give you some context.
Before burning my account in August partly for external factors leading to lack of monitoring, I had made some sound earnings in July with them from a large account with 90/10 payout ratio.
I had since been trying in vain to subscribe for new challenge. I never thought there was any other reason than a technical issue so I wanted to check with another email address. I could finally proceed and pay for the new challenge but before even having a chance to log in my new MT5 account, I received a notification for breach of rule and immediately after the confirmation they proceeded to the refund of the challenge.
Needless to say there never were insults or whatever inappropriate in our communication.
Really strange.
I used to be indecisive but now I'm not so sure...

Labor day was the 4th, so first day of the case was the 5th. I can see filings pretty promptly after that. Perhaps he forgot it was labor day.

Yeah, I've left almost every Telegram prop firm "review" group because they are almost all paid shills and biased. You can only talk good about the firms that pay them, and as soon as a prop firm stops paying they become taboo to talk about. And you can't talk negative (even backed with facts and proof) of any prop firms that pay the monthly advertising or the comments get deleted or you get banned. Forums like this are much better.

Angelo's mad rush to state everywhere that everything is simulated & virtual on top of opening his big mouth publicly discussing in past interviews purposely altering 8cap's slippage parameters is probably coming back to bite him in the ass.

I don't know. I think that the blow hard egos of these kids is problematic but i am not sure whether or not its illegal. Affiliates etc best be careful, but most of them are scammers to start with so any attention is unwanted but mostly the failure to see that virtual funds vs live funds is not the actual issue here is a vital error because there is no coming back from the changes they have made. By saying profits and funds are virtual it basically means that you are not allowed to a-book trades otherwise you are being deceptive. It sounds stupid, but thats basically their own kneecapping now. It would have been smarter to change only when things played out with MFF but instead the knee jerking and now ftmo suing TFT. There is going to be a prop firm cemetery.

Re "influencers" I don't know anymore what's true these days but this one I have very little doubts.
