gg type of stuff. I am maxed out with them as well, 600 funded gone, high pribability its gg.

FTMO on other hand is EU based, its safer i guess, so any props based in US and Canada on high alert

I mentioned weeks ago after Brent Seaman of Surge trader got busted by the SEC for running a 35M ponzi scheme unrelated to his prop firm that it was not good news and that I would increase risk thinking more short term than long term with props... Less than 1 month later Regulators go after MFF... SMH.

How? only thing Regulators can do is make nexus with credit card companies and banned all prop firms like they did for Binary options and offshore forex brokers.
So what if MyFF decides to go offshore and I pay in crypto. How government will stop me.
(Canadian government can ban crypto too they have banned USDT)

This is why People here always caution... do not put everything in one firm.

Spread it with other firms.

Onething for sure.. Prop firm industry will not die so easily.

Spread your wings. Use your skill set with other firms.

Do not give up or do not loose confidence.

My profit share around 5 k is with MFF.

good thing i purchased the discounted fxify and passed it. i am almost passing uwm too.
i hope this kaler mod guy from bespoke is saying the truth that this is only happening with MFF. Maybe 1 account with mff won't hurt that much but if prop firm industry die, man that is just too sad.

i hope so too...but i can not wait for them...11 days not trading is just soo much and i got used to MT4..basically i can manage without them just need the platform..... i got scammed once. This is all so sad that there is not one normal company as if FX is sooo attractive it's the most difficult thing I have done in my life so far.

I believe that more information is required.
The news article that I read compared prop firms to ponzi scams. Prop firms use 'their money', ponzi firms use the clients money. I guess the important detail will be where the funding for the trading is sourced and what type of disclosures are made to the contributors.

Well if MyFF goes down it will bring every thing in North america down. Regulators always goes after TOP BIGGEST THING so it will have ripple effect on smaller firms.
Now with what's happening with MyFF people with stop signing up with E8, TPT, MyFundedFx, etc (all north america brands) which serves purpose of regulators simple. Their sales will decrease significantly atleast for couple of months.
