Steps would be to get a target time to use, then get the index of a candle on a particular tf you want, that includes that time, and then get the ohlc at that index.
Something like-

Next time, just upload your indicator.

Anyway, try this one... I modified exiting RSI Color to suit your need - historgram for OB/OS area.
In addition, this one has alert for overbought/oversold.

Thank you for your reply Jeanlouie, one more time you're my savior!!

Understood your idea, but basically, the code doesn't run like a fixed price, the a_limit you said is the pips away from the entry, so instead of "if(price>=a_limit,...)" it is "if(price>=a_limit + price,...)" like that, same with SL, "SL = a_sl + price". But I took a part of your idea and put in some more conditions. Like If (condition A && SL != b_sl + price) then A condition would be met (lines 56 & 67). And guess what... it doesn't work either. The SL continues to run up and down like crazzzy like in my video in the previous comment. So I think it's something wrong with the way I place the B condition or something happened with the loop of the "If A condition ", cause SL only up and down when the price is up and down (fluctuating or maybe I set a,b_ limit too close to each other?), it doesn't happen if the price goes straight away to or higher than b_limit (bullish candle).

Originally, the code is belong to another guy who published it for free on the internet, the original EA only set SL in 1 condition only, and I try to make it to 2 or 3 more conditions (you can see some of the code lines don't relate to the EA or some of them belonging to C condition later on). Fortunately, it works, the SL moves with B condition or even C, but at the same time, it has a big issue like we're discussing.

Since I'm only into coding for about a week or so, I understand the basics but still can't go further than that, at least by now. Hopes you can take a look and give me a feedback or solution to this problem, I will try to resemble your feedback with the C condition to understand the problem more. Thank you so much Jeanlouie. - place a button object somewhere, really could be any object
- in onchartevent(), check for the event of objectclick, and check the name of the clicked object is your intended button or object, if so then proceed
- open a new chart via chartopen() or change the current chart with chartsetsymbolperiod()
- see the documentation on the proper use of the above
