Without the rating news Gold would be now around 1920. Now still it tries to stay above ~1940

This is from 2011 S&P downgrade. However there could be many other factors that was playing. Like at that time interest rate of FED was around 0%.
It was in a uptrend, it had not pressure from the interest rates. Now Gold is hugely feeling pressure from the interest rates.

I am very disappointed because I woke up and market is still there. It looks like no profit for me for today. Probably market is waiting for tomorrow data to take final decision.

Yes that's right. But the market conditions were different then. I don't think it will be the same case now. I am very much bullish till a daily candle closes below 1935. Will take sells only for scalps.
