The cervical spinal nerve is involved with my neck vertebra.. I have severe pain from my neck to the tips of my fingers. The doctor recommended absolute rest. Unfortunately, I was forbidden to sit behind the monitor. Please observe the correct position of the monitor, especially the laptop. The head should not bend too much. Be healthy and profitable
