Hi Coders,

I've got this i-session indicator which I personally find it very useful compared to other i-session as it provides Session Open horizontal line. The Session Open horizontal line provides a lot of information what price is doing for the session. However, when I load a new currency pair to the template, it automatically delete itself from the template. In the video I've provided here, I only use this indicator to be sure that it is not an issue of other indicators.

Please help me solve this mystery. The indicator is not a very big file, it's 162 command lines.

I need your expertise. Thank you very much if you can lend a helping hand.

You have to change the template before loading your EA or Indicator.
Changing a template is one of the un-initialization reasons.
It's un-initialization code is 7.

Hi Kefada, thank you for replying. I don't quite understand. Are you saying that I need to load the indicator every time after loading the template? I cannot load the indicator and set it as a template? Any way I can change the coding of the indicator to solve the issue?

Wondering if anyone can help me create an indicator that shows when On Balance volume indicator in MT4 has crossed above (Green Arrow) its EMA (changeable settings) or below its EMA (Red Arrow). Tried to do it on a code building website but doesnt seem to work and Im just too new to figure out whats wrong. Any help appreciate. Thanks!

mql4/5 documentation, online or through help in metaeditor.

Starting from scratch it would be more practical to get the source file of a single moving average indicator, and see how it does things, highlight certain functions and press f1 to see the doc for it.
- start a new indicator in metaeditor and make a moving average line
- add a text to the live price of the ma and update its coord every tick
- add an alert when price closes the ma in some direction

If you have problems in getting someone helping you; try Chatgpt. "https://openai.com" and it will help you to put the alarm. Copy the mql and then ask for the help.

Hellooo, I am still learning how to code. My EA runs, but I get the feeling. I didn't code this section correctly. I could really use your help, and thank you.

The indicator is Ease of Movement (EMV) It is a zero cross indicator it goes above the line (Buy) and vic versa.

The issue that I have, is close> val.
Should'nt it be If(val<0 && val_prev>0)
But MT4 tells me its not defined for the (EMV) . So im completely lost because EMV is a draw line and i dont know how to configure it.
