Well, thank you for your response fontu. I respect your view but from many traders of Elliott wave theory and price action I have observed bearish signal for gold down to 1730/1720 from the area of 1820/1840 over the past days. Your view surprised me that how usdx can proceed its way

wow. gold is really unstable this week and previous one. on h4 timeframe i see false ascending movement. most likely tomorrow gold break down through level 1785.00.

Why would enter sell after that godly momentum even at 1823.
Doesn't make sense.
Did you enter for long term like 3 to 4 hours?
I personally would advice not to enter sell right now, momentum is very strong again momentum is very strong.
Only enter long at pullback and that too after confirmation like bullish engulfing candle at key level.
It just might retest at 1815 levels or not cause of very strong momentum.
Buyers might become impatient.

Here's my analysis of gold today and of 3 to 4 days before that.

i put sell limit there because i thought the resist will hold. And i didn't see the movement. Yes, i plan to close my sell position around 1813-1815.
I still believe gold will go to 1768-1770 before this move. Now i'm clueless, maybe i'll just wait and see.
