H1 time frame looks bullish but Daily time frame is still looks like undecided. I think Tomorrow will be decision day.

I think that there will be a dump initially and then a rally after the FOMC

sideways all day. I don't know if it's a good thing or bad for bear.. I hope it will go down, but the bull is so strong. What do you think sir if the FED rise 0.5 BP? will it bring the price down?

Hello senior traders.
I want to know one thing that I have put buy and sell stop with 1.01 lot in xauusd. Sell stop was with 1805.00 with sl 1805.00 and trade has been executed at 1797.25. sl remain same? So is it possible because trade has been moved by broker? Is it scam to make loss, as I couldn't understand how trade has been execute at 1797.25……? It's hotforex broker. Pls reply

It's not a scam, but a market spike. Please avoid placing auto orders during the time of news. So what happened exactly is, you placed a pending order at 1805; however, the candle reached 1797 within micro/nanoseconds. Hence, there was not enough stability in the market to stop at your price point and take your pending order.

i think that was called a slippage, because the market is highly volatile at the time.

So, whats the prognosis on gold now ? it almost happened as u described " all is well with dollar and us economy " , interest rate as expected , euro at almost at yesterdays peak , but gold is far from its peak of 1824, still struggling at 1805...
any senior traders care to chime in ??

I am not good with analysis and there are many other good traders here, they might answer your question. But there is one thing which I know that now some people believe that increasing interest rate is temporary solution of problem. There is drawback of raising interest rate is that they are putting people life in trouble. North American life runs on debt and increasing interest rates increase the living cost

According to my analysis market has a range of potential from 1817 to 1780. Anyways, I am not trading now. I will re-analyze the market tomorrow.

Yes but it looks like hidden sellers are in the area of 1822-24. If price pass this area then what will be your next target?

The double bottom pattern has been worked out almost completely. A little more to the target of 1840. After working out, there will most likely be a rollback down.
