hi everyone,

i would like to check with people here, is it ok for a forex broker to give future prices ? because if a forex broker gives futures prices then it would be far different compared to the normal ones, i mean, like on friday closing prices from 5 different brokers they all gave almost the same prices around 1681, but there is one broker i used that gave the future prices of gold at 1685.

is it ok and not against the law for the broker to give the futures prices like this ?

it is only against the law for the broker to operate in jurisdictions that they are not licensed in

the broker can do what they want on their platform if they are not regulated

use a broker that is fully licensed and reliable

but, is it ok to give the gold futures price instead of usual gold market prices ? i mean, beside the issue of regional jurisdiction.
i thought, the futures prices are of the option trading, or maybe i am mistaken regarding this matter ?

why wouldn't it be ok? the broker can show you whatever price they want and that is probably one reason why the Meta Trader platform has been banned from the Apple APP store

drug dealers also deal drugs in a dark alley, so it is ok for them also, but illegal

1746? That's quite high, but I reckon at least 1691 or 1700, then USCPI comes and dumps hopefully back down to 1650.

In the 4-hour time frame, we see an evening star pattern, it seems that gold could not cross the 1682 barrier at the moment.

I think 1673 is the bottom of this gold movement and 1682 is its top; We buy at the bottom and sell at the top
