Hello Tankk i have been searching for brooky psar wih alert for days i even posted a version with no alert here but was unlucky to have it done, so i started searching and surfing and eventually came across one you have done sometimes back already coded with alert , i thank so much for the coding insight i now have it and its working great just the way i wanted it.Please i need just one more help to spice it up actually i use the brooky psar on daily weekly and 4hrs time frames so i need alert for the attched mt4 targets indicator to inform me when price opens above or below the green horizontal lines that serves as the daily open line i will also like the alert to inform me of the currency pair in the alert input. i will appreciate it if my request is granted.Regards
1. i don't understand what you want..
it's strange what you ask about: i mark your words by bold font...2. read and study properties of indicators.. Client Terminal — User Guide --> Analytics --> Technical Indicators
after all, almost all induks uses 6 inputs: Time, Volume, Open, Close, Low, High..
3. if i right understand.. see my screens & templates...
4. and read instructions in my Text Signature...

Thanks for fast response please check this out based on weekly direction and the signal or can this be done or tailored for daily candle alert direction when price open above the mid line or below it. Just the mid line., check out the alert. Can we do the same for the mt4 targets?

I am very new to mql4 and do not have much experience with it
I got a custom indicator with 3 buffers. Afterwards I wrote EA that uses this indicator via iCustom function.
If I leave indicator code as it is and only put EA on chart window, it receives buffer value 2147483647 (empty).
If I put indicator on the chart window first and than place EA on the chart window, EA receives correct buffer values.
I than started to comment out parts of indicator that were not relevant for calculation, but for displaying values on the chart window.
In the init () function there are two lines to set indicator name:
Later on in the start() function there are lines:
int start()
The last line "if(windex<0) return(0);" somehow causes problems for EA not to receive correct value from indicator buffer.
Can someone please explain why this is causing the issue and how I can fix it?

I have this indicator that plots arrows on the chart. Sometimes it gives multiple arrows(like 10 or more) on a single bar. If someone can help me to reduce the number of arrows on each bar through skipping. i.e. if the indicator was to give 10 arrows on a certain bar i need it changed so it can output the 1st, 3rd and 9th arrows. So when am using an ea, it takes 3 or 4 trades instead of 10 trades.
