Disliked{quote} we could use the FVG to find initiate point of entry or as target, right? but how do we know price would just approach the FVG (as induce then revers to hunt SL), or touches the border then reverses or lingers inside, again how far would it fill the FVG, or we can monitor it until it show pattern to revers like CHoCH, SS. I can see it made to FVG in hindsight but hard in live trade here is a huge fresh FVG in D1 above the current price... would you say it will retrace first or will visit the TVG? is there an recommendation for price projection,...Ignored
Disliked{quote}Yes you use lower time frame FVG’s for entry and Higher timeframe FVG,s for targets. Price is always going to Buyside or Sellside liquidity. Price is always coming out of areas of accumulation (orders) and headed to areas of accumulation (orders) this happens on all timeframes. In youtube video 2022 ICT Mentorship Episode 3 Michael gives you a pretty good idea how far down price will normally go down into a FVG.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Yes. But apparently that's what the creator of this indicator intended... It will draw the lines, but you must draw the first one and call it "Fib1" (Or anything else, but then you also have to change the "TrendName" parameter in the indicator... very strange approach).Ignored
Dislikedso what does FVG, TVG mean. I really do not like abbreviations/acronyms used as though everyone knows them. Cannot find a reference in this thread and i have too little interest/time to spend trying to find it or figure it out. Seems to me things are getting overly complicated here. I keep my trading very simple. I do spend my time waiting for a trade reading threads, ideas etc, because i like to learn but over the years I have noted that most 'traders' just find complex ways to lose money. Forgive me, i am just in a crotchety mood today.Ignored
Disliked{quote} my bad FVG=fair value gap= imbalance=imperfection in price (means price will revisit to correct the "fault") an ICT's term. TVG is spelling mistake of FVG only my eyes are failing these days "i am just in a crotchety mood today" are you trading at the week-end?!Ignored
