oversold is not meaning you can't short.
overbought is not meaning you can't long.
you should consider to Goodhart's law, if you know the market is oversold, everyone will know too, and so, no one short, the market will upward right?
sometime, it's correct, but not all the time.
many point in RSI indicator showing that market is oversold, but it keeps moving downward.
