Anthony Albanese is set to become Australia’s 31st prime minister after Scott Morrison conceded defeat at the federal election. As vote counting continued, Labor was leading in 71 seats, to the Liberal-National coalition’s 52, according to Australian Electoral Commission figures. The crossbench will be at least 13-strong. “The Australian people have voted for change. nothing really. The only thing we as forex traders need to know is that when you're trading a currency and based on your trading time frame, you should be aware of any major events that directly affect the country. E.g. if I want to trade the AUD/USD because my trading system has a signal, I might decide not to trade if the country was holding General Elections like in this example. etc. etc. e.g. when there are US elections, you'd rather stay away from the charts during those 2 -3 days of election results.
