anyone able to help build a indicator that creates UNSELECTABLE background rectangles based on periods and open prices on MQL4 ?

attached is what i have been wanting to achieve, primitive coding skills, thus requiring help on it. it is just to fill backgrounds based on period separators, as well as on OPEN prices of 3 different timeframe. Am using LightSteelBlue and Pink for the H4 period, and Thistle for the overlay.

Condition:

IF W1 OPENPRICE >= MN OPENPRICE,

creates pink rectangle for the week period(separator) from W1 OPENPRICE upwards to infinite(as a background fill)

IF D1 OPENPRICE >= W1 OPENPRICE,
creates purple rectangle overlay from D1 OPENPRICE upwards to infinity
ELSE
creates purple rectangle overlay from W1 OPEN PRICE upwards to infinity

creates blue rectangle for the week period from MN OPENPRICE downwards to infinite

IF D1 OPENPRICE >= MN OPENPRICE,
creates purple rectangle overlay from MN OPENPRICE downwards
ELSE
creates purple rectangle overlay from D1 OPENPRICE downwards

ELSE IF

W1 OPENPRICE <= MN OPENPRICE,

creates pink rectangle for the week period , but from MN OPENPRICE upwards to infinite

IF D1 OPENPRICE <= MN OPENPRICE
creates purple rectangle from MN OPENPRICE upwards

who coded this?
It seems to be an excellent indicator but the structure seems to be really a mess.
You can't even change colours because they aren't regularly established and defined...
It will be interesting to see who takes on this task...

Its decompiled that's why the code looks like a mess and I sincerely doubt any of the ethical coders on this forum will do anything with it.

Invalid index error means the index that you're trying to use is invalid. The [2] looks ok, so probably there's an issue with the second dimension declared as [];

Single dimension arrays don't need to be declared with a size, but multidimensional arrays need a size given to the extra dimensions. ie the empty second [] is the invalid index. Multidimensional arrays are also only resized for the first dimension, so other dimensions need to be specified when you declare the array.

I agree with you CJA. Nevertheless, I tried to change the colors of the Fibo lines for myself and translated into English for the settings. I have been working with the Eliot & Fibo indicator for a very long time

Okay I have this Gann_Sq_9_Indicator, I will like if the vertical line appear with the number a push notification. you will see there is a gray vertical line and gray number with support and resistance. Is it possible to switch OFF and ON the support and resistance function?
