Scenario, I have two live accounts both with the same timeframe, same instrument, same broker, but are two separate live accounts. On Friday my trading strategy indicated that at 7am GMT it wasn’t a trade due to the candle being Red, so waited for the next 15 min candle to close green and entered there, it stopped me out for a loss, however my other chart (I hadn’t realised) was showing a green candle at 7am which would of triggered my entry earlier and would of not stopped me out, but also would of gone to my target which would of given me a tidy 180 pip Win.
After many emails back and forth with my Broker ICM, the charts are still showing this wrong coloured candle.
it’s messed up my trading plan as I had been waiting several days for my entry and this trade would have brought the month total to my targets.
im extremely annoyed by this as you can imagine.
has this happened to anyone and what should I do?
my broker is saying there was an overload on the accounts and therefore was showing the wrong data, but will look into any affected trades. So far they are saying there is nothing incorrect although they have stated that there was an error, and that will correct it. But so far it’s still showing that wrong coloured candle.
