Coins that look like crap, but are gems in disguise

Helium is kinda interesting. It's "proof-of-coverage" blockchain - something I've never heard of before.

I'm curious about who is currently really using the network.

Everyday there is about 10-15 new coins or meme being launch on coinmarketcap.
There are 12173 as of today. 99% are likely rubbish and will disappear.
Surely a control should be introduce soon?
