I just checked that dxy just breakout a resist in h1, stil running candle h4, it might will impact to gold price too
now on H1 and H4 DXY break down trendline, really gold still confuse where to go, however I saw a potential rbd pattern in snd trading if it can not break up a new high, higher than 1795 then it will be a distribution

Gold badly trap in 4Hr 200 EMA & 75 EMA, 1 hour showing some bullish strength and respecting the support, I'm looking for buy with low risk as HTF are ranging.

this Gold trade is based on weekly chart.

risk of 3:1

900:300pips.

i donot have enough margin for this trade hence i skewed the RR in my favor with a cheeky entrance. have a good weekend..

23-08-21 Gold Long

1. Identify Imbalance candle
2. Identify Imbalance candle filled.
3. Candle back to ORDER BLOCK, wait till it done all the Stop order hunting.
3. Enter trade below or at Order Block Border when candle moving up.
4. Managed to TP total of 85 pips with 3 open positions, but the time of posting, bar went up total of 90 pips.

You might want to TP partial, as it is at daily high now. Also, it might come down to fill some gap after 100 pips move. just my opinion.

I did it long @77 tp1 1785, now the last order it just waiting for sl+ or 1789

bigger picture I think still sideway today, I plan to short above 1790-95 later if any confirmation it seems forming a descending broadening wedge for me
if it can break up uptrend channel then it will be my new support to go higher, then still a resist 1795 need to break up if not I think it still form a base for distribution rbd, just my opinion, sure can be wrong too

It should be sideway till FO or LO, and slow movement for some pips.

hit my last swing tp today 89, now it could be a new support to climb higher but I will wait until US news release as it is on H4 strong supply zone now, a good place to short too
