I need a fairly simple strategy automated. My strategy is similar to the basic fractals strategy, only I am a bit more particular. When an entry is triggered I enter a stop order with a weekly 14 period ATR stoploss and a weekly 14 period ATR times 3 for take profit. When profit reaches 1 ATR I close half the position and run a trailing stop of 1 weekly 14 period ATR with a step of 1 weekly 14 period ATR. If anyone is interested in creating an EA for MT4 I will have to provide more precise details on the fractal setups that I look for.

I wrote an EA on the standard Fractal basics a short while ago. Found it a little risky but did not give it a throughout test. So I haven't put it away for good. I just were busy at other EA's. It does have the ATR functionallity allready coded. So let me hear about your setup at experience with the system. I might want to help.

Trade by lines is not the one I am after.
May be I have not explained it clearly.

The idea is to find out which MODE is good for Stop Loss.
In addition to what is ideal Size of PIPS or Minutes to use.

You won't find any indicator for this idea on mql5 . I am a professional content curator employing advanced Google search operators.

It provides Open and exit V-lines for Minutes exit and links TP with SL trailing along with it. Projection will be like a rubber band with Price trying to reach TP while SL pulling it backwards.

This makes it a visual trading indicator.

It also prints comments of which SL working well in past 1 to 4 weeks.

For visual, V-lines will be drawn at open and exit time.
SL will be in pips.

If SL hits before crossing V-line, it will be recorded as Pip SL win
If SL does not hit Pips and crosses , it will be recorded as Minutes SL win.

Please try and see it it will satisfy your intellectual curiosity as well.

You may modify this indicator to implement the idea. Collecting statistics is main objective.

An indicator for Stop Loss levels calculation using Bill Willams technique
Bill Williams in his book "Trading Chaos: Applying Expert Techniques to Maximize Your Profits" (Chapter 7, Level One: Novice Trader, p.95) has described SL as follows:
"...We place the air bag one tick above/below the high/low of the second bar back on one significantly higher time frame (or the next bar further back that has both a higher high and a higher low or a lower high and lower low).
This is our air bag protection. Its purpose is to protect us against a drunken market that is moving against us. Remember, it is not necessiarly an entry signal; it is protection against major losses..."
The indicator calculates and shows Stop Loss levels (for Buy and Sell positions without installed SL) using this method.
Indicator variables:
int BAR = 200; // searching for in last BAR bar
int minSL = 25; // it is exposed when 2 bars are not found
bool show_bar = true; // show bars on which search for SL
show_info = true; // show active orders without SL
color color_BAR = DarkSlateGray; // colour bar on which search for SL
color color_Тек_BAR = Gray; // colour of the current bar
color color_SL = Gray; // colour of the marks

Please do try to get around to it Jeanlouie or teach on how to add the alert i know you are always after the success of everyone here otherwise if you do it for yourself only, nobody will know but skill wont live whoever it attach itself to,you got the skill.Thanks

But let me tell you this. I hear from your PM, that you are using some EA Builder. You could try to become a real coder by learning the language yourself. It seems like you have the brain. Take a look at these guys in Youtube. You will find it very easy to learn how to code like a real coder. Specially the first link is easy.

Your strategy is way long from my own Fractal Robot. I would have to code it from the beginning and I had hoped a short cut. Now as a coder that is really not that bad, because you take a lot of code from previous robots that works. But I am too busy to go into this job.

But your strategy is promissing I think and I do recommend some other coder to step into it.And I recommend that you learn to programme from the links I sent you. When you make your robots yourself, then you are able to further develop them and this is when they really become effective.
