You trade when I go to sleep lol, Asia only saw me once lol. By the way just realized I have an old abusive relationship with gold lool. I was reminded by a conversation of when I was like clueless and I hit heavy lots on Gold some years back. I think then I was just lucky sometimes lool because that week I moved 1.2k to 8k and then lost it all the following week by not releasing a negative 300dollar loss on a Friday. Left the trade for the weekend, Sunday not much happened... Held(it will come back I thought). Got out of Gym on Monday... Boom = Rookie lesson and I looked at my phone...only red

well 1st off munchie ,, nothing is ever written in stone ,,, into anticipate assume area ,,, tails can depend a bit on some other things ,, the one above where it was just getting sold and sold and sold ,, yea pretty sure thing ones like tht will get filled ,, current one on longer chart ,, not so much ,,, made end up just being the rocket vapor trail lol,, but soon tht new line for the day and the pieces will start being thrown at ya

What is the best session to trade?

I'm on the east coast of Australia just north of Sydney.

Obviously the Asian session is prime time for me but a little slow at times...
Still shekels to be made though (problem is I have to hide my phone for the best part of the day at work...) and not quite overly comfortable trading on the phone yet without my lines etc I can refer to...

Frankie into London isn't too much of a problem (usual distractions around dinner time with the kids but I can set alarms on the computer)

Biggest question is...
New York starts at Midnight for me. Right when the big guns are ready to fire.
Should I concentrate on having late nights into the early am hours before catching a couple hours sleep before work and catch the first couple of hours of this session?
Or...
Forget about it and aim to wake up at say 4am to catch the last 4-5 hours of the trading day?

Bit of a tough one for ya really ,, there is 3 sessions but really only 2 parts to a day ,, before new york and after new york shows up ,, ,, most tht do awesome before new york gets going ends up giving most if not all back when new york gets going ,, ,, few days a week you aussi s flex a little muscle ,, you get the 1st part of every day ,,, new york is gonna finish every day ,, london has the shit in the middle lol,, bought all ya could do S is try a few different ones ,, and make sure what ever the range is for the one ya pick ,, ya cover it ,well at least half lol, find the one tht fits in with you the best then there is your business plan

Hey Digger , why you are here most the time , and you help every one if they ask your help , I wonder do you need some one help you with any thing seriously ,please let me know if you need help with the other thing , I will be there for you Digger .I know you make good money , some time it does not mean you dont need the other , who know . I dont win or make good money but i know for sure i am richer than you ,because i have a big heart can keep every one in my heart when whoever need me .

I know you told us , you take off but you still here, if you are off ,it is ok too. what you told us 2 session ,but you still trade Asian .You have been trading for long time and you have experience long enough to let us know ,base on my trading time for while , I saw each of session is busy at first couple hours then quiet .I ask you if I can not trade London ,but the time we should trade that was before NY open that mean one or 2 hours before NY open then after NY we should trade right after NY open then later on no need to trade or we can little . Can you go over specific hours you think we should trade each of session.Thanks

My thoughts echo yours as well.
It is amazing that someone so successful gives their time so generously to others and asks nothing in return.

We owe a lot to Digger especially, and what he has given us is something that I personally want to aspire to.

I want to return the favour not only to Digger, but everyone else who is in our position at the moment trying to achieve great things.

One day Munchie, we'll visit Digger and help with his harvest and have a few drinks

Thanks again to everyone here who are trying to help each other achieve success.
It is so refreshing in a world where everyone just seems to want to take, take, take and give nothing back.

well anytime ya sit down wont be long and something will pop up ,, but session opens are always a bit active ,, and yes isint long after the open things settle in and go about doing their thing ,, ,, I got a stack of paper work Im a trying to get thru ,, shit piles up a bit during harvest or planting season ,, ,, so here a bit now for sure ,, but tht stack getting smaller ,,
