US markets still under the 100 EMA on the Daily

DOW in the Ichi cloud/Above an up sloping Swing MA. Price locked between last & this Week POCs.
Needs a break out above 26.400/Dev W POC

DAX did a nice job Today/+1.5%

DOW & RSSL reached +1.0% Today so far.
Both pulled back to +0.5% on the open

What can you expect with this kind of news every time.

The talks between the two sides are now characterized by an increasing lack of trust, making it more difficult to reach agreement

Sideline till it breaks out 26.100 (last Wk POC) <> 26.300 (this Wk POC)
