If the 850<>900 doesn't hold, the DAX will dive to 11.700 -2.0% <>11.600 -3.0% from Y close

Markets in a serious correction face now
A correction starts by -5.0% I read.

DOW -6.0% from Sept high

DAX @ -4.0% from Fridays close
Also -6.0% from Sept high

All markets forming their lowest TPO (3th) peak on the Weekly TPO charts (as posted before).
DAX & DOW dropped their Weekly TPO to the lowest TPO peak already.

As soon as the price is crossing up that lowest TPO peak/Weekly POC level (and also crossing the Ichi cloud to the upside then), the market could be ready to recover. Not earlier. So I wait for serious longs till that happens.

The bottom TPO peak looks to be a solid zone.

Storm clouds developed quickly over the U.S. labor market this week.

The lowest manufacturing jobs gauge since 2016. Slower private hiring. A sharp drop in small-business hiring plans. And the worst U.S. services-employment index in five years, or nine years, depending on which measure you prefer.
That’s the backdrop from three days of disappointing data heading into Friday’s September jobs report from the Labor Department.

This time, Wall Street economists see a more persistent storm at play: The trade war and manufacturing recession. Those factors are starting to permeate the economy at a time when companies are already struggling with a shrinking pool of qualified workers.The combination of forces has pushed down the median estimate for private payrolls to a gain of just 130,000 last month. That’s the weakest projection heading into a jobs report in seven years

A reading that’s even weaker than predicted would probably all but lock in investor expectations that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates Oct. 30 for a third straight meeting. It would also boost chances of another reduction in December, completing a reversal of all four hikes from 2018.
Traders already increased bets this week on Fed rate cuts.......

Now the question has become, “how strong do payrolls need to be in order for the Fed not to cut rates?

Other indicators already point to a slowing economy and weaker growth ahead. Companies are pulling back spending as tariffs weigh on business decisions and global demand slides.

The August gain in consumer spending was the smallest in six months.
