The product names my broker uses are on the left upper corner of my charts

My mistake then. I wasn't aware Ninja offered a brokerage service too. I used Ninja back when they were just a charting company.

That has to do with charting options/features.
Ninja has many more features/tools/chart types then IG/PRT has.
I see the scalp options much better on a Ninja Renko chart then on a Minute IG chart.

Futures can be traded in ONE direction only and therefor I use them for Daily trades/scalp.

CFDs can be traded in both directions/hedging.
During a longer CFD Swing trade I can even take some counter CFD trades without closing my Swing trade.

DAX Swing trades I do in CFDs only. I will not do that in Futures. To much risk
Once there comes a time that they split up MDAX Futures into smaller MICRO fractions (as they recently did with US CME Futures) I maybe will trade a Swing trade in MICRO MDAX, but I think that will never happen.

If I should take a longer period Swing trade with Futures, I have no freedom to scalp into an other direction/hedge as long as a Swing trade is running.
Thats the freedom I do have with CFDs. Not limited to trade in one direction only

That's all I was asking - just wanted to make sure there wasn't any execution/margin/commission reasons for not trading CFDs. Since I only scalp, it's good to know that IG CFDs are perfectly fine in that respect. Renko functionality is a whole other issue.
