what spread do you guys get on gold? I've never traded it before and a bit worried that I got a 30 pip spread with UK broker
But became very interested since it's broken out last few months......

took my money at 21..... running scared!!!!!

i am out of all my trades from this morning

after the gold gap we now wait to see where it goes if down will be good for me if it moves up would be ok for more sell limits which i have placed just in case because usa market closed

my chart shows that I have set 1521 as an area to be looked at.....Need to check my Crytstal Ball

i have a sell from last week down here mate so unless i get a retrace i will just sit on my fingers

I entered 100 pips too late with this pair so happy with a few Shillings...Target WS100

May be a slow night with Cad and US Holiday........Taken new buy trades on Gold...Only Scalping trades with this broker due to My Money Manager EA set up.

thing about the charts ced74 does , they mean something to trade on , and he put his money on on the charts which i believe stands him apart from other traders on FF ,

Hi Dave D' AussieMan! its me again. I was impressed by your trade yesterday in EUR/JPY. I was actually trading it since you brought me to thinking of trading more pairs other than EUR/USD. But i was on the other side of your trade. I was selling already before i saw you are buying. But since i am only testing it, i used micro lots, i thought, it wont hurt if it goes against so I might as well hold and observe. And hours after, as expected, i was on the wrong side and you are the winner. I was amazed how you analyzed that. What made you come up with decision of buying. What are your basis of making the decision if you don't mind me asking. I was gonna ask this on our PM conversation but i thought some newbies have the same question so might as well bring it here. No pressure and you are not obliged to answer. Pick only what you want.
Also, I wanna start following your advice doing the Demo and learning while observing how technical indicators works. I can't find your settings re macd_osma, stochastic and semafor in your profile that you mentioned. Thanks and may your thread continue to grow for we newbies have a lot to learn from a wise and great Trader like you and ced74 and I hope Digger1 visit here. More wisdom to you!

Hello Mr BullBear, I did some study on offshore brokers as promised. It looks as though this will end up being a personal decision.
It depends if US rules are your only problem with said broker. Offshore brokers have bank fees with credit cards and especially withdraws.But many things to consider.
Things like ECN,segregated accounts,spreads,regs and etc. Money safety is the most important thing. Hope this helps some. green pips Blessings
