There are a few offshore brokers finally willing to accept US customers. We have the same broker as well.
I agree with Aussi that we must be very careful with our trades.

Great! update me and give feed back. Will they allow us to hedge? or will they follow and implement US rule in terms of Hedging.

I have not contacted any as of yet. I was just waiting to retire first. I am now retired and will have much more time for trading.

caught one of the negative swap trades on the gap up this morning, the others may be to far away so might have to just close them
could've put in another sell which would have done well (gaps filled) but went back to sleep this morning

For you US guys who can't hedge with same broker, why not just have a second broker?
I'm not convinced by hedging myself, if the trade is going against you why stick with it?
Like Aussi says "dont get caught on the wrong side of a trade" ......

welcome mate , depends how long you want to wait i have had trades that go the wrong way only to see them come back in to profit in a day or so
