A real exchange is something like NASDAQ or NYSE, where there's only one price that is centrally cleared. I assume what you mean by OTC is that he will do a private transaction. Disliked{quote} Well basically this guy Craig Wright got sued over the 1M BTC he holds, and the court apparently ordered him to give 500K BTC (about $5B) to the plaintiff. The theory is that Craig, aka Faketoshi, aka Fake-Faketoshi, aka Craigadile Dundeezy, will sell his 500K coins first, then send the other 500K to the plaintiff, who also has to sell for tax reasons, and the whole market goes to shite. Since me and TMR are holding a lot of BTC long term, so it's not so much an issue of putting profits in our hand as it is keeping the profits we have already...Ignored
