What did just happen on USDCHF? This spike does not appear in any other broker, like Oanda or FXCM!

My order was closed due to that, so I expect that it should be recovered.

Dear harverst3r,

I have investigated the topic and you are correct, at the time you show on your chart we have received off-market prices on certain CHF pairs. If you believe that your trades were affected by this, I kindly ask you to contact Customer Support department or your personal Account Manager as soon as possible in order to resolve this issue immediately.

Yeah I just checked my chart and I dont see the spike on my MT4 neither = https://photoshar.in/usdchf-spike-november20

no worries they have answer as always due to they are 1.class broker ( men come on still dont got it ? stay away !!!!! )

I have just opened an account with xm in good faith.I percieve them to be an Honest broker
I will let everyone know about the speed,execution spreads latency and withdrawals.

Is there something wrong with XM? Both my MT4 freeze and doesn't refresh. Even if it's holiday, this never happened before.

i am enjoying to working with xm. xm is safe for my money. any deposit or withdrawal is easy for me. actually when i am trading with xm i am relax and just focus on my trade. but your mt5 server sometimes have problem. when we have news or when we have huge movement in market mt5 servers getting down (its happening sometimes not always) . i am using with mt5 because sometimes i am trading crypro and you dont have this symbol's on mt4. please tell to technical support to solve your mt5 server. but totally i say again XM is one of my favorites and trust broker.

We received off-market prices and some of these prices have been quoted on our trading platform. Certain trades performed were executed at these prices.

Please note that this issue was promptly detected and resolved to ensure that trading experience of our clients was not affected.

I say it and would say it again,
XM one of the best brokers out there for give you an opportunity to make some good profit with very small capital
may not be the best, but it is if do you want to grow an account with 5-50$
been trading with them like 2 years ago when i started and 0 problems
obviously you can't deposit 10$ with your shitty debit card and expect to withdrawl 100$ profit to the same source of deposit
that's why skrill or bank transfer is made it
now don't get butthurted and trade safe,

True to be told, I was planning to withdraw them and redeposit again for extra bonus.
Anyway, for future reference, I only deposit money using Credit/Debit Card.
Which one of those I can used to withdraw money in future?

Why did stop accepting a bank wire method to withdraw in some country...? What is the serious reason? your live chat supporter does not know anything.
