I traded with this broker since several years.

Good things: prompt support(in past) , fast withdrawals, low spreads in normal conditions(In past)

Cons: HUGE spreads during news, Execution during news is PATHETIC. TP will never close a trade even though price touches your point. SL wont work when volatile. MT4 freezes, charts stop moving. I had a 100mbps connection vps from usa and lost money with this stupid reasons and will never go back to this broker again.
MT4 hanged for few minutes in all the places, I had 3 systems in different countries tried to close my positions and save my money. NO THEY DONT ALLOW YOU TO LOGIN. THEY KNOW WHICH ACCOUNTS WOULD HIT MARGIN CALL during volatile market and just freeze your MT4. I had opened complaints and explained them all this sad story numerous times, they said their servers were absolutely fine, which is non sense. NO 3 computers from 3 different countries will hang unless they wantedly block the loosing traders to login to MT4.
Reckless live chat agents from India, pakistan, bangladesh.
Believe in your thesis and stick to the plan, don't get scared with moves

Completely useless. I did send all screenshots numerous times with all proofs. Your support simply closed my complaints stating server is up and running. You stole my money. Stop trying to show off as a genuine broker.

didnt used this broker as when i got in i saw things that didnt fit well on my way of trading,but even so i wonder why a broker representative must be present in such place.do they have lack of big players or just try to top up the not very good reviews in fpa.
i still consider any serious broker dont need such type of advertising in places like this.to come up in one forum with bonuses offers and all kind of promotional to me is just lack of quality services and stability.

Here is the quick story:
All the time I used Skrill for deposit method but then due to different reasons I made a deposit with credit card twice. (mastercard debit card) The deposit was accepted, yet it was not instant as promised of course, once it took 24 hours for funds to arrive only, second time they, after my approach to support credited within 30 minutes. Funny thing, I specifically before the deposit asked whether it will be instant and the support said of course, definitely.
Then after some weeks I made a deposit with Skrill again. Made some profits and wanted to withdraw funds. Its not available to withdraw to skrill because have to clear the credit card deposits first. I requested withdrawals and whoops, they showed as accepted yet they cant process funds back to my master card and money returned to my trading account. And the withdrawal accepted and deposit accepted from credit card is that weird thing they did.
I contacted support, asked about this and they constantly repeating they are sorry for this and they understand my frustration and said they will send email within 24 hours about the matter. And they should offer me withdrawal option to my skrill since their great system cant process money back to my master card.
Yet I haven’t heard from them any email after more than 48 hours, I contacted once more after 24 hours about this matter to support, they said we will contact you, I also sent private message about the matter to Exness representative here on forexfactory, yet nothing..

Of course due to traders nature I traded on this money and lost it, where I needed to make the withdrawal I planned to.
I am just thankful for this one last thing from Exness to finally leave this broker because they have many times tricked me with huge slippage, bad deposits that get stuck nowhere even with Skrill, their technical support representatives are very useless because they cant actually do anything and I hope no one else will fall victim to these things I have written.
My strong recommendation, do not use Exness, it will take a lot of nerves from you beside the trading toughness. And I don’t need any help from you Exness regarding this matter, because you cant help, I lost the money that I was not supposed to, that’s my fault but the fact you tricked me and didn’t help at all before, that’s on you. I hope no one else will fall victim like me, learn from me.

i am using EXness for a few months.i made a small deposit.They are very interested with customer relationship.

Takeprofits and stoplosses are excellent.

Spreads at ECN account is very good.

Never met freezing during high volatile times.

i havent made any withdrawals so far .
