The bull impulsive leg is not significantly strong compared to how deep the whole pullback retrace leg is. Often best is to aim for shallower retrace legs (in terms of HH- LL drop ) as that indicates that bulls are accumulating strongly, in this case the whole pullback leg droped too much overall, so the impulse bull leg would have to be very strong for this leg to be considered as play.
