PF completed trend rotation.

AAOI potential continuation long play. Decent bullish momentum.

EAF also tracking for potential continuation long play.

AAOI went ballistic. Sold long for 4R gain. Momentum is the key of continuation setups, have a context and reason why that play should work out....

VLO 108,00 longed on supply takeout, strong HL on momentum and micro shelf currently bouncing.

MMM potential rotation towards upside on behaviour change and consistency of HL prints.

VLO sold for 1R loss, spreads went berserk also.

AMBA supply absorption on behaviour change and consistency of micro HLs looking to get long fill.

Bit riskier play due to spread jump but stayed in as supply was clearly being absorbed. Sold long for 3 R gain.

Augur, the future of trading markets

One of the main new strategies that i am adding into play list are Augur based edged strategies, some replicas of current micro strategies displayed on thread and some new macro strategies. Augur is set to release this year somewhere near end of the year, and i believe it is the way how markets and trading in future will adapt (along with algo trading). Markets such as currency pairs are most likely on the way out where new precise and specific markets will be adopted that have better pricing efficiency, and Augur is one of platforms / blockchains that will handle that, across many others. One problem that currency pair assets have for example is for speicific event players cannot approach market from single direction, there is always a secondary variable that can impact that players result of trade even if the event that trader plays plays eventually out exactly as expected.
For example lets say that there is a player betting that French election results will be resulted in specific result and therefore leave a mark on EUR in certain way, such player if wants strong liquidity (lets say its very sized) will want to approach in EURUSD pair (or even a futures for that matter on E6) and scale position in over 1 week for sake of liquidity, but his play will be exposed to external variables that might affect the player (for example events happening on dollar or external EU based events) so therefore such player might be squeezed out of position ahead of that event, and then event might play out exactly as expected, but secondary variables squeezed it out. This happens on many different scales to many different players including retailers. So therefore having a market where no secondary variables are impacting positioning is what would be a perfect way to approach it, and thats where Augur comes at play.
Augur allows anyone (literally) to create their own market / asset, and if that topic has interest of other people it will create market. That is something that has never existed before in markets that any individual is able to create any type of betting market, it opens gates for billions / trillions of capital.

In Augur one is able to create any type of market, that might relate to politics, weather, sport, financial markets, celebrities, any type of event or anything that group of people might find common interest on. This opens huge gate for pricing mechanism of many things resolving around in human society.

Now i wont go into deeply explaining how exactly will Augur function becouse it takes full month of research to get it, and also having basic understanding of blockchain functioning is needed. I believe that trader who is to stay in this game for long term needs to be able to adapt to where the future is going.

I have 3 strategies currently formed which are all market maker strategies (playing against players with lower edge expectancy), in Augur anyone can be market maker as long as you are better strategic thinker than majority of participants, so as opose to usual financial markets in Augur technically you do not need heavy account or position size to be market maker. Augur is just one of platforms probably there will be many more to come, but thats where the future of trading is.
Ill explain in future how each of those strategies will be used.

The point in trading market is just like in FX or equities, you need to lean on your knowledge and strenght and play only on something that you have edge on, and discard anything else. Most people obviously do not approach markets that way, they jump all the way around without testing anything resulting in non-edged approach, and the same will happen in Augur, in fact it will happen even more becouse the number of instruments will skyrocket comparing to traditional markets, which creates more oportunity to explore for someone who does have edge.
As anyone who has followed this thread for while its easy to notice that equity markets provide significantly more profits/plays every day than FX does, simply due to larger number of instruments. Now multiply that by 1000 becouse that is how many more instruments will Augur poses, thus creating that much more oportunity, i believe that is long term a gold mine which will be especially at beginning severly under-edged for most participants just like any new things are. Learning and exploiting innovative technologies is one of the best way to gather strongest wealth, has always been the case.


While i do hold substential long term investment in REP which is Augurs currency, this post is not biased its exactly what this technology is replacing on current market functioning.

EQR longed 60,21 supply takeout on very strong momentum, heavy order.

Here we go now EAF at play. Have some buying power left so going in with the chips that are still left on table.

MYO sold long for 4R gains. Bid hold really well exactly at the entry of long. Wanted to add to long but was already fully sized.

EQR sold long for 3R gain.

EAF 30k shares seller is being eaten away piece by piece currently, once done it should pop higher.

EAF scaled risk quite a lot here, but paid of, know when to be aggressive. 5R gain on long. A great example of how to spot stronger player in a match between strong player vs "strong" player. Its technicalities and context that matter.
