Hello guys and gals i was wondering can someone please help me i know nothing about coding an EA. I have two Strategies I would like to be an ea.
The First one i have the Source code for a custom indicator. For 15min, 30 min, 1HR time frame. I would like the EA to place a Buy or SELL based on the indicators Suggested entry when the candle hits the order line and set a SL and TP1 And trails or Break even once 20 pips in profit. Also to cancel the other opposite order once a trade is activated. Below is pictures as well.

The second is based of the London daybreak It Has the same Principles but slightly different. 1HR time Frame this one sets two pending orders At the close of the 8am GMT Candle. Place a Buy stop (10) pips ABOVE the WICK after the close of the 8 am GMT (3am ET) candle. Place a SELL stop (5) pips BELOW the WICK after close of the 8am GMT (3am ET) candle. Cancel the opposite order once a trade is activated. Set TP for 20 - 50 pips and SL to 25 pips and trails or Break even once 20 pips in profit.

is any of this possible Or do one already exist Thanks for any Help.

I think that is a kind of misleading toy as you can see in upper picture,might be used with the help of other strong stuff - seems a candle pattern type - better to use some/any of properly coded price action indicator,there are so many spread all around

Usually expert coders ignore applying alerts and arrows on zigzag kind indies as they suppose to be change frequently but i am not sure about this one specifically

Hi,
I wonder If somebody could help me with this one:

This indicator exports chart data and indicators data to .csv
I believe credit goes to #Hanover member
-> output_history2

This one is zigzag with values in pips and bars.
->> ZigZag_pips

So far it works like that - if I drop output_history indicator on the chart - it then export data to file .
All great except there are no values for zigzag_pips_bars indicator.
I would need parameters for

  1. swing distance
  2. numbers of bars

to be exported as well.

Could somebody modify output_history2 file in such a way that it could show parameters for Zigzag indicator ?

it could be like shown in .csv file:

I think was just change the alert to true, you need test now. And i fixed the warnings and put the parameters translated for you. good luck.

That's not my reason for it, I have looked all around and cannot find a price action with an alert. I don't use it as a prime but more of a closer to my entries.

Anyway, if someone could please help me to put an alert on it and an email, cell phone alert, I would appreciate. I wouldn't ask, but again I have looked all over and cannot find one that does. If someone has one just with the price action with an alert I would take that. I don't need or want any of the other pieces.

Please guys help fixing this candle pattern indicator. It has some real time updating problem, multi timeframe indicators are too complicated for me.

thank you mntiwana ... you are right, because all zigzag based recalculations for HH and LL can happen miss leading if only for entry ... this indi indeed i use only to detect PA on trading pivot zone ... Not for entry. .. if there are alerts, I am waiting for an entry if TDI cross For Buy and Sell if the price agrees ...
there may be among traders who have it please share ... thanks .... regards .....
