Silver is more volatile - which is why I like it. But I trade each about the same amount.

From weekly charts, Triple top formed, Gold may face a long long way down. Target1 1250 Target2 1150

Looks to me like we are bottoming in both Gold, NQ (or the individual stocks overal for that matter) and Euro on the 4H charts. Too much correlcation to be an incident. The stock market correction was just that: a correction of a few procents, nothing more. So gold should resume it's longer trend upwards.
I am a buyer on monday of gold, dgxj (junior gold miners index etf), Alibaba and IBM. All for the longer term. Also will be buying RSX since that one is going to profit of the stronger economic revival since it's very commodity related and PE wise or CAPE ratio wise looks still cheap.

Will be looking for some consolidation for today’s session based on the 1/4hr charts however the daily is bottoming and showing signs we are likely to head up this week.

Only thing to keep an eye on is the weekly candles and indicators are still bearish so we need a strong week to flip sentiment and engulf last weeks candle.

I really think silver could have an explosive upside run to close the gold:silver ratio. Last year with gold over 1300 silver was 17+. Be interesting to see if gold tanks or silver soars to normalise.

Then keep an eye on equities. If they continue down I wouldn't expect Silver to climb much if at all. If equities do resume uptrend than yes I would also expect Silver to go higher and narrow Gold/Silver ratio.

Longs closed for a beautiful daily profit after catching the spike.
1hr looks stretched and 4hr approaching overbought country at the same time both gold and silver touch resistance, so this seems like a safe place to exit and reduce my chances of a correction touching me up. Price may overshoot on both butwill be short lived.

Additionally, while the daily is still looking to head up I think the next 12-16hrs may be consolidation and a drift down to 1319 xau and 16.39 xag. Let’s see... looking for the signal to confirm before I do anything.

But for some reason I don't feel comfortable selling it at 16.50$ or even less because it just doesn't have that much room to go, how low can it go, like 14.50$ will be the lowest unless some 2008 crisis happens while on the up side the cap is at least 21$, isn't it.
Hm, I still hold this long from last week, will close it now and I hope the price doesn't immediately go for 17+$ but goes back a bit for a correction.

Interesting. PA from both pairs and the EUR. still waiting for confirmation of a buy or sell. 1hr and 4hr still seem overstretched.
