You think it's got further to fall do you? Well, you may be right, but look at those daily candles. I think it's now headed to 13,600 at least. There will most likely be a pullback, perhaps from 13,500 - 14,000, so that will be a test. If it cannot put in new lows, then I think we could see the next bout of real buying to take it above 20,000 and then who knows how high. Certainly, those who missed out on 2017s great Bitcoin bull run may be being presented with another bite at the apple right now, whether they realize it or not!!

It looks as though PA is in a flag channel which is descending. So it will gradually go lower until a breakout. Current top is 15,500 but in a few days it will be in the range you indicate.

BTC falling away from the 30m 200ema now. From here it can fall again to new lows, but I don't think it will. The fibs are important here for me, the lowest being the 76.4% which currently is right on top of today's S2 pivot at 9,855. Above that, the 61.8% @ 10,270, the 50% @ 630, and the 38.2& @ 960. I don't normally pay too much attention to the 38.2%, but in this instance, I think there is a good chance that it may hold the price. If the 76.4% is reached and breaks, then short of a double bottom, Bitcoin is going lower.

Support and a turn around back north will be a relatively slow process, but depending on the amount of selling pressure, a new low could unfold quite quickly.

It is normal pa action for a bottom to be found, a rally back up to one of the big moving averages, a roll over, then a higher low before the price rallies again. This is what I am looking for here, unless, the price falls to a new low which creates diversion with MACD, and then, just when one is thinking it is going to continue, turns north.

I've just copied this from my first post on this thread before Bitcoin started falling. It is a very important point, which, if any of you reading this are relatively new to technical analysis, you will do well to remember. The further away the price moves from its 200 day simple or exponential moving average, the more likely it is that it will turn and head back towards them, and with US stocks being where they are right now, so far above their 200 MAs, this is worth bearing in mind.

US stocks? Personally, I see no technical indication whatsoever that leads me to believe that US stocks have peaked or are about to come down. It is all incredibly bullish right now, and it is only the extent to which the Dow Jones and the S&P have moved above their daily 200 moving averages that alerts one to the fact that they are way overbought, but as we all know, stocks can remain overbought or oversold indefinitely. They will come down, and come down hard, but I see no sign of that happening yet. When I do, I will sound my own alarm.

We got the move up in Bitcoin that I was expecting, almost carbon copy in fact if you take a look at the last chart I posted, so I'm quite pleased on that front. I actually have a gap up from 11,360 , to where we are now, but don't know if this is just a gap on my charts or there was an actual gap move. Now the price is sitting above the H1 200ema at 12,600, so it should move on up again from here now that it has 200ema support, and we may see 13,600 quite quickly, perhaps even by tomorrow.

Mainly UK and EU stocks. I have been around a while .... this up-trend has been rolling since 2010, that is a long time.

The crash of 1929 was preceded by only ten years of uptrend. I guess I am doubting that things can just continue up. That, after all, is exactly what was being said through most of 1929.

I shall be watching for your alert...

Maybe not 13,600, its can push up to 15,000, then maybe target is 20, 000

who know, only market will show, now its hard to tell its push up our down!

The FTSE 100 has met a resistance level of mine on the weekly tf at 7,800. from which it may continue to come down another 500 points or so. It is still well supported though, and beyond that I would not like to say at the moment. It could be though that it has peaked, as if it does fall back from this level to 7,300 or so where there is plenty of support, there is no guaranteeing that it can get back to where it is now.

I have been expecting the FTSE 100 to come back and kiss 7000, but maybe it will not make that retrace. The EZ and US economies are picking up, particularly the EZ. If we see some more positive growth in China in a few month that may push it through 8000. If you look at the flag shown on a 25-year (?) chart the FTSE 100 has only just broken resistance.

FTSE 100 companies are mainly global players, so the state of the UK economic strength is reflected more in the 250 or 350 indices.

Looks like Tuesdays' price action is a potential fake break. Todays' price action appears to be retesting the potential fake break.

The 250 is pretty difficult to read right now...much more ambiguous in terms of short to medium term ( 2018 ) direction. Tomorrow looks bullish for the FTSE 100, so if it is, it'll be interesting to see what happens if that 800 level is tested. Basically though, Euro and US stocks are all bullish right now, with no ' crash ' in sight as far as I can see from a technical perspective.

Anyone looking for an investment opportunity, take a look at Uranium. The price is very low at the moment due to all the nuclear decommissioning following the Fukushima disaster, but China currently has 20 nuclear power plants under construction, and nuclear has a massive future worldwide. Buying Uranium, especially now with the price where it is, is a no brainer, as it can only go one way really, and big time! The price is currently pulling back, but put the fibs on and you could get a decent entry around the 61.8% or so if it pulls back that far.

Back to Bitcoin, it is in a rollover/pullback phase, just breaking through the H1 100sma and 38.2% fib. The 50% @ around 11,385 is a potential support level, with the 61.8% beneath @ 10,635. If this is a pullback rather than a rollover to new lows, then the 76.4% @ 10,080 is critical if the price falls back that far.

Not sure why I wrote 385 for the 50%, as it was in fact 11,080, but anyway, it held to the pip, and BTC looks free to move up today. 12,300, which is the H1 200ema/sma combined may be a test, but it it can get above that, then....
