Hello everyone,
I have a Razor account with Pepperstone, which supposedly gives these average spreads:
EURUSD - 0.16
AUDUSD - 0.27
GBPUSD- 0.49
USDJPY 0.25
https://pepperstone.com/en/forex-trading/spreads
The problem I have is this:
I have been looking at the charts for 16 hours a day for the past day, and have noticed that the spreads do not actually even reach their supposed 'average' spread, let alone their 'minimum' spread, which for EURUSD is 0.
Instead of the EURUSD average being 0.16, I have never seen it fall below 0.4 in the full 16 hours I was looking at the charts.
I'm beginning to think they are blatantly lying about their 'razor' spreads, while I'm stuck paying $7 commission, while still paying a 5 pip spread on GBPJPY, for example.
What spread does everyone else see?
EDIT: I can now finally see the EURUSD reaching a spread of 0 during these hours of low volatility, however the GBPJPY and a few other currency pairs are still not at the 24 hour average, let alone their minimum's.
