I certainly wouldn't exclude that possibility. As it is, Bitcoin is already falling like a rock, so it may not even need that.

Next leg down is underway my friends, and BTC is dissolving before our very eyes. 10,000 I think will be hit before the night is out, and then who knows? 8,000, 5,000, zero?? Once panic sets in, as it must be now doing, this thing could cascade all the way to the bottom.

Armageddon for Cryptos is unfolding before our very eyes!!

One thing for certain, 10,000 will be a massive psychological level!

10,360 is the H12 200sma...last chance support before 10,000.

Massive test right here on this H12 200sma as the price is challenging it again. If it breaks I think we'll see 10,000 very quickly indeed.

BTC hit that all important $10,000 mark last night, and not surprisingly bounced, as it was always going to be a bit psychological level. It's now at 11,160, so we'll have to wait and see what it does. If it does break below 10,000, then it is open to 8,000, but the Daily 100sma is also currently sitting on this 10,000 level, so it has the potential to provide some pretty solid resistance, even a substantial rally back up to 14,000 or so.

Big test coming up on BTC now, as we have a roll over off of the 10 minute 100sma which is looking to threaten the 10,000 low. If it breaks, the move down to 8,000 could be very fast indeed.

teetering on the edge isn't it? But there have been quite a few edges on the way down haven't there. 10m hammer candle has just closed, and that is a bullish candle. A stay of execution or are we seeing Bitcoin bottom out?

Hourly chart is down-trending. 20 ema has not been broken recently ... currently at ~11,000

I wouldn't call it anything except down at the moment.

Neither would anyone, but you have to look for signs of a reversal, and so far, this potential double bottom, at the position the price currently is below its H1 200ema, is exactly where one would be looking to trade back up to it, provided the price action conforms to that one has come to anticipate after years of trading. We shall see. Certainly if 10,000 breaks this afternoon, all hell will be let loose. I would not want to be someone holding onto this thing praying it goes back up, and I reckon there are plenty of those people watching Bitcoin today.
