Closing my longs here, I think the target Patrich proposed is looking favourable, the momentum seems to be exhausting now (I could be wrong, but it has been a great run up anyhow, very happy with the trade). Waiting to see if the turning points now becoming a bit more evident in LTC, DSH and ETH translate into a sell signal for BTC. The pullback should be quite something, but in an overall bull trend, a beast to watch carefully.

Haven't found any fundamental reasons as to why ETH's been advancing this much, except that technically South Koreans' buying, a lot.

I personally expect altcoin investors to blow more hot air to their tokens when Bitcoin 10K finally hit, though one should think like a VC, not a trader in this scenario.

Any sign of large scale sellers at 10k? Just looking at bitstamp seems to be a few but not really a 'wall'

this thing is exploding but hopefully it won't turn out like the dot com crash

Time to watch the closes ...already have shorts opened and looking to add more a bit 50-100 higher from here if it pushes through though . the closes will tell. This pb/r could be a little huge but I need to see the down move first . trade safe.

Pardon my ignorance but where does one trade bitcoin? I'm using Oanda for fx and I doubt they will have bitcoin as a tradeable commodity anytime soon.

I have closed out the BTCUSD longs now and will wait for a lower price to get in, I suspect we are in for a reasonable pullback now.

I have entered the first short at USD9,600. I think we might run down to the USD8,200 which was a fair resistance - if it holds we could well be on the way past USD10k by the end of the week.

Baled out of ETHUSD too at USD464. Not sure I want to short this now, shorting BTCUSD in a bull market is enough to keep me busy!
