Your Journal does not show that all your trades were closed at once, but i note a couple were closed at one minute intervals......I am wondering if your stops may have been hit by the High Impact News on 7th September, but that would require bit more analysis

DislikedGreat thread and nice EA. I learned about TMS 5-6 yrs ago and used successfully (after a bit of paddling) for a while. I also tried to compile an EA to automatize my trades during the night hours (I live in Italy) but then abandoned the project also due to my low coding skills. Krismit, you've done a great job, the EA is rich of interesting features such as BE, Trailing-stops, and fractal SLs. I have to say that seems to me that takes a bit too long during backtesting (everytick mode). I found some pieces of codes to insert in my EAs which reduce...Ignored
DislikedAwesome thread. I have been trading with TMS with some success and am just humbled with what I have seen in this thread. Thanks to everyone who has been involved in this project. I have downloaded and installed the EA in my MT, ready to be an active participant in this thread. Cheers and Green Pips to all! ~PeterIgnored
DislikedSuggestions Krismitt. 1. I think there is a way the EA can be modified so that the user chooses the specific time frame to trade. This will ensure that in case someone changes time frames, the trades that are already running wont be affected and no new trades get opened. 2. A modification so that in case you close MT and reopen it, the trades already running will not be affected... i.e... no new trades get opened until new signals are found. CheersIgnored
Disliked{quote} Hi Smartboi: Thank you for your suggestions. One of the objectives of this thread is to "keep it simple" The EA is coded to take trades on any time-frame (chart) it is placed on and we wouldn't want to change that. Existing trades will be affected on a change of time-frame if the exit conditions are met on the new chart. One can simply dis-able auto trading when switching between time frames, which I currently do. Closing and opening MT4 terminal does not affect existing trades. Regards.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hello there, I have another suggestion/request. I found your "Auto SL" function very interesting and smart, setting SL for longs at the last relative low (high for shorts). Brokers, some more than others, do the very funny game of "stop hunting" at those same levels. IMHO it would be smart to add a few (possibly random withing a range) pips to the SL levels, in order not to get hunted, or at least not that easily. What do you think about ?Ignored
