RKDA on soft watchlist for today, looking for pullback rotation or continuation towards long side for entry. Very low floater has potential for large moves.

Generally that does not incline towards revealing a shorting hand, it could just as well be buyer that is liquidating position. For accurate PA analysis you always need a larger structural context and much more candles to spot the process, per-candle patterns are in-accurate on statistical side becouse too much overlapping processes or patterns could be fit into oversimplified info. Only way to find a true process on per candle analysis is to actually check level 2 order flow and market depth/book at the same time. Always focus on larger structure with more context built into them.

agree . often thought the possibility of a big player either exiting a big position or shorting can cause that. although see it as a good sign for shorts if a big player is leaving long's but that does not rule out another big player buying lower or buying into it.

need more context to make it a valid setup in regards to your setup's. but let's say X trader's trades engulfing bearish candles on m5 with evidence of market exhaustion. It would add probability to his setup
