Jan, today in the morning i took a spontaneous trade on USDRUB. Drop was so quick and the retrace back, that i couldnt stop myself entering.
I let it run over lunch time and closed it now after i ate my burger
Would you take such a trade , i wondered?
Was kind of clearout or last phase of parabolic drop according to your rules. Dunno. But felt it significant

As long as those were tiny orders then yes, becouse RUB is currently at short term macro play. But like i said only with small orders, and if price does go in your favour place BE SLs on lower orders and keep adding until those tiny orders tall to decent size (and maybe 1-2 on them dont place BE SL). That is how you would play, but full sized 1R order directly entered there should not be without proper technical setup. You will know properly when RUB will be at heavy priority short term macro play when strong momentum will begin thats where you want to be agressive not on the oposite direction of move.

A bit too much asymmetry in that continuation setup and only 2 highs, but the micro shelf was right on, with tight entry on the lows of shelf that would have been decent attempt.

AUDUSD maybe something there, will wait for further development. USDRUB if spreads tighten and structure further develops then its maybe a play, otherwise no.

AUDUSD closed for 2R gain, no entry on RUB as setup broke downwards instead.

Hard to tell on this one if its worth of entry attempt, its not exposed targeted clearout so it might just slip lower if its no demand coming in. Not going to take it.

ACIA has to have momentum takeout before considering long play, otherwise too weak setup. HEAR tracking with alert too hard to tell yet, will see if it gets there how it develops. FB decent condensed zone, proned to fbo-ing that instrument so only considering it on momentum takeout.
